Virtual Fitness™ — How It Works
1. You sign up for one of the following Virtual Fitness™ Programs:
- Virtual Fitness™ 15 — This monthly program has four 15-minute sessions. The cost is $85.00 per month.
- Virtual Fitness™ Q15 — This quarterly program consists of thirteen 15-minute sessions and includes our Virtual Fitness™ Starter Kit: a "Perfect Portions Diet Dish" and an exercise resistance band (ideal for busy professionals who travel and live out of hotels). Cost per quarter is $250.00 (an overall savings of almost $25.00 off the equivalent monthly price).
2. All Virtual Fitness™ clients will have online access to:
- Client Reference Area
- Easy-to-use and downloadable "Getting Started" forms including health history, physician's release, exercise attitude profile, and personal training consent
- Downloadable fitness and strength program diary, food log, and articles
3. We schedule our weekly Virtual Fitness™ Meetings, which last for 15 minutes. During the meetings, we'll discuss challenges and ways to overcome those challenges. I'll also modify your exercise regimen as needed, so that you get the full benefit of the program. If you need suggestions concerning diet and nutrition, I offer advice about that, too. You're welcome to e-mail me throughout the week. Remember, I'm your virtual personal trainer, and I'm only one mouse-click away.
4. You'll also be able to take part in my Virtual Fitness™ Goals & Rewards Program. Goals are broken down into four levels. Here are the rewards for each level:
